Directly from you, from portals when you enquire through them, from referencing and AML providers, from referees you nominate, and from public sources such as the Land Registry and Companies House.

Sharing

Portals, referencing and AML providers, deposit scheme, solicitors, contractors, utilities, accountants and IT providers, authorities, and the redress scheme. We never sell data. Some software stores data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards; ask us for details.

Keeping it safe

Access controls, encrypted connections and reputable suppliers. Staff see only what their role requires.
